(1) The plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchange device. There are two kinds of practical applications, one is the umbrella plate heat exchanger manufactured by spinning method, and the other is the flat plate heat exchanger manufactured by stamping method. Its structural characteristics are as follows:
The plate heat exchanger is small in size and occupies a small area.
The area of the plate heat exchanger is about 30% of that of the tube heat exchanger with the same heat exchange capacity, which is more superior if compared with the shower type tube cooler.
The plate heat exchanger has high heat transfer efficiency.
The plate heat exchanger can make the two heat exchange fluids at a lower flow rate, enhance disturbance, stir up turbulence, and thus enhance heat transfer. The heat transfer coefficient K can reach 16720J/(m2?h?℃) (water to water) ), which is 2~4 times higher than the tube heat exchanger.
The plate heat exchanger is flexible in assembly.
When the production requires changing the process conditions and output, the plate heat exchanger only needs to increase or decrease the number of plates or change the channel form of the plate assembly process to meet the requirements.
The plate heat exchanger has low metal consumption.
The plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of heat transfer fins made of stainless steel or titanium alloy, sealing rubber pads, clamping bolts, and compression plate complete machine frame. Plate heat exchangers consume about 8kg of metal per square meter of plates, while spiral plate heat exchangers with the same parameters need about 20kg, and other shell-and-tube heat exchangers have more.
The heat loss of the plate heat exchanger is small.
Since the plate heat exchanger is only exposed to the atmosphere around the plates, the heat loss is only about 1%, and no insulation layer is required.
The plate heat exchanger is easy to disassemble, clean and repair.
Loosen the compression nut to clean and maintain, and replace the rubber pad or plate. For the medium that is prone to fouling, on the one hand, due to the intense turbulence of the medium in the plate heat exchanger, its turbulent critical Reynolds number is about 10 times lower than that of the general tube and tube heat exchanger, so it is not easy to foul.
(2) The double-pipe heat exchanger is a special product designed and manufactured for small and medium-sized chilled water (heat pump) units. It is widely used in water ring heat pump units, water source chilled water (heat pump) units, air source chilled water (heat pump) units, ground source chilled water (heat pump) units and other refrigeration equipment.
The structure of the double-pipe heat exchanger is fully optimized and integrated to make the structure more reasonable and the performance more stable. The casing body is bent into a laminated spiral shape with the tube bundle of the copper tube inserted through it, and the steel fixing bracket is welded and consolidated with the casing body. The two ends of the casing are respectively led out of the refrigerant and cooling water connecting circuit.
